GuardianTraining.com, through PLAN, Inc., is primarily focused on meeting the ever-expanding education needs of individuals who already have been appointed, or are planning to serve, as court-appointed legal guardians in the state of Florida either as a professional guardian for non-related individuals or as guardian for a family member.
The course instructor, Irene Rausch, and the training curriculum have been approved by the Office of Public and Professional Guardians to meet the training requirements outline in Florida Statutes Chapter 744.
The course is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the guardianship system and the skills required to perform the duties of the court-appointed guardian.
